In this modern shallow world we live in a lot of emphasis is put on the quality color and thickness of your hair. It’s a strong indicator of health and vitality. Shilajit is first and foremost an anti-aging supplement, but it is often per scribed in Ayurveda for hair loss and premature greying, which I will get into in a minute.
One of the things people do not realize is that thick hair isn’t a matter of growing more hair it’s about not loosing the hair you have. The hairs you leave behind on your brush, find on your pillow or god forbid in your food. That all came from your head.
The minerals in Shilajit strengthen the roots of your hair in some cases this can reverse that receding hairline but in just about any case it will cause you to loose less hair. Loosing less hair leads to thicker hair.
The other great benefit it of Shilajit is it allows you to more effectively absorb the calcium you get from food and find in your body. This will keep your body from harvesting extra calcium from your bones which prevents arthritis and on the topic of the day from your hair the cause of greying.

In many cases Shilajit has been found to stop and even reverse the process of greying hair and hair thinning/loss.
I can go on for days about all the benefits of Shilajit because there is a reason it is one of the most core supplements recommended in Ayurveda but if I tell you to much at once you will think I am a snake oil salesman. It’s just that good for you.
